All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any inquiries or concerns prior to ordering. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from our support team.

Shipping & Delivery 

We offer worldwide shipping.* Express shipping is offered at checkout.

No local delivery option. If items are required immediately after purchase, please email us with your accommodation request (fee is based on request).

Pre-Ordered Items

Pre-ordered items are not available for immediate shipment. This option allows customers to reserve items for when they do become available or for made-to-order items. 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please advise pre-ordered items will ship 4-8 weeks after placing your order, unless stated otherwise.
